These terms are a placeholder while Kubik is in early access. By using the service you agree to use it fairly and lawfully.
The free plan
The free plan is provided as-is, forever, at no cost. Free servers sleep when empty and share capacity, so availability at peak times is best-effort. It is funded by ads shown while a server is created or woken — never while it is running. Paid plans have no ads.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kubik to host content that is illegal, or to attack, abuse or overload the platform or other people. We may suspend servers that put the platform at risk.
Paid plans
Paid plans are launching soon. Until checkout is live, paid customers are onboarded by hand and these terms will be expanded before billing begins.
